Wearing Whites!

Both Rose Bryne and Sophie Ellis Bexter wore white on two occasions - Rose at a photo shoot and Sophie at a charity event.

Rose wore a dress from the now famous Dolce & Gabbana Spring Collection - the silhouette totally worked on her and thanks to the design of the skirt and overlay of the top, the dress doesn't scream déjà like the others did. Sophie wore a white eyelet dress she paired with two tone coral shoes from Sergio Rossi and accessorised with a statement necklace from Mawi.

Loved both looks.

Geek chic! Anne Hathaway.

Just how many actresses out there can/ will walk the red carpet wearing glasses that instantly make you look like a school nerd?

Anna Hathaway certainly did, and worked the look in a bejewelled Gucci purple dress with fringe details (black dress seen on Diane Kruger earlier this year). The dress is fierce and Anne's unexpected take on styling it brings an awkward charm - and it works.

In Narciso Rodriguez - Greta Gerwig.

Walking the red carpet at the Arthur Premiere in Narciso Rodriguez was Greta, who channelled old Hollywood charm.

Her White and Black dress had a high waisted skirt with a belted accent and sheer details on top. She styled the dress to perfection with a wavy hair do' and red lips.

Greta carried a Cecilia clutch and paired it with Christian Louboutin Très Décolleté pumps.

Suit Ladies - Neetu Kapoor & Ritu Kumar.

At the Wills Fashion Week, Neetu and Ritu along with another guest were spotted wearing suits, and I think they all looked charming.

Neetu was wearing a Manish Malhotra Anarkali - no prices for guessing, it had all the signs from lace to net to velvet and floral embroidered sleeves to boot - and to give her credit, pulled off the somewhat busy outfit.

Ritu Kumar was in her own with beautiful print details while the lady with her wore traditional cotton with golden zari and detailing.

Dressed down, Dressed up! Emma Roberts.

Emma Roberts made two appearances - A dressed up look on The Jay Leno Show and a relative casual look at Textile Elizabeth and James event.

At the Jay Leno Show, she wore a polka dotted Dolce & Gabbana sheath dress with Golden Pumps from Brian Atwood. It’s a very young and fresh look, with the metallic shoes and loose waves hair adding just the right touch of glam.

For the Elizabeth & James do, Emma chose to go with a spring look, In Isabel Lu floral maxi with she belted at the waist and paired with cuffed denim jacket.

I'm fashion happy that Emma is mixing it up!

Instant Sari Love! Rani Mukherjee & Usha Uthup.

Those who have been to my blog before know  how much I adore Saris.

While many celebs seem to embrace nets, chiffons, one boob drape and corset blouses, there is nothing more graceful than a traditional silk sari worn with conventional drape.

I was looking at Rani's beautiful style (she being the star) and almost missed the other two. How fabulous does Dolly and Usha look!

Lacking the Punch - Saoirse Ronan.

Ah. Saoirse Samson is cute.

But cute is not what we are looking for when she has on a Balmain cigarette pants with Miu Miu studded shoes. The outfit was a Rock n Roll chick's dream - those black and silver pants with black leather jacket and studded shoes are you kidding? - But she failed to pull it off.

I would have liked the outfit worn as on the Runway, belted in and some edgy make up. As the way it is, the look falls flat on Ms.Ronan.
