ON THE FENCE. Bhagyashree.
By my own rule, I'm so over the - chiffon Anarkali - contrasting Velvet borders - embroidery suits.
With the super pagenty hair and the slipper like sandals, this look of Bhagyashree's shouldn't get past average, but I think she still look good.
