Usually a very well turned out celeb - Bipasha fails doing dressed down big time.
Black tank, acid wash jeans and brown boots! not to mention the million bracelets and that shade of hair color..
A simple black flats, pulled back hair in a ponytail and a gold bracelet would have saved this look.
