I think Rachel really worked her off duty party style in a floral mini, white open neck top and a carroty Orange blazer ( by Zara?). I love that she didn't shy away from color, the pop of orange perks up what would have been a usual pairing of floral and white. Totally digging the blue oxfords and one loop earring.
