Its always unfair to compare a Magazine Cover look to a worn in real look. But then, how fair is being compared  to Anna Dello Russo after daring to wear anything worn by her?


Aishwarya Rai Bachan is featured in Vogue India cover in the same Roksanda Illincic feather shoulder Jacket first seen on Ms.Russo at Milan Fashion week. What do you think?

However, Anna wins this for me for daring to wear this look n carrying it off with panache at a real event.

Sequin and metallics are perfect party coup to glam it up - wear it as a minor accent if you arent comfortable with head to toe glitz- a shrug,shoes, clutch or a headband.

Whole lotta Fedora Love

All through summer and ongoing winter,I have been obsessed with Fedora. I think it does everything and another yard more as an accessory. Sun or snow - as Fedora can save a bad hair day and is only second to good shampoo and blow dry.


Although done to death by every celeb and would really like to-be celebs in LA, PLEASE hang on to your fedora - its instant pizzaz and style in an instant.(did i mention protection from sun?).

I came across this photo  Rachel Bilson the other day. And thought, man this girl sure knows how to put together a look thats right on the money.


Its an effortlessly stylish look, a solid jacket worn on a dress and topped with killer heels. guess who rocked the look next? SJP( not sure who wore it first though). hence the insipration to do this post.

On another note, i LOVVEE the shoes SJP is sporting. But then again, why's that a surprise!
