What's Missing? or OH NO, SHE DIDN'T? Taylor Momsen.
To be honest, I had this picture for a week and I wasn't quite sure if I wanted to put it up here. But then, this blog is not personal - It's a fashion blog that features celeb fashion - whether it’s good, bad or ugly.
