Hilary Duff for me has never been a fashionista or ever even came closer to being one. I always thought she was an under the radar dresser, till today that was.
The black and red print dress coupled with the dotted stockings and the terribly clashing shoes were disasters from the word go, the hair only added to the chaos. Hot Mess!
